Yes; I recall. Your lots are already "divided". They cannot be further divided, but you currently have two lots, Lot 14 and Lot 16.

I live at 333 5th street in Atlantic Beach and would like to divide my lots, 14 and 16. The one lot has no existing buildings on it. The other lot is within the restricted boundaries.
