COMMENTS:
Casey, I have reviewed the proposed site plan for the additions you are considering, which I
received by fax this morning. The proposed additions comply with the required zoning setbacks;
however, the subdivision plat for Club Manor has a stricter Building Restriction Line (BRL) than
the required zoning setback. The addition proposed on the north side of your house would
violate the platted 25-foot BRL. I have included a copy of the survey for your lot, which depicts
the platted BRLs. (…although, it may not fax too well, so I will also mail a copy to you.)
