As such, the City considers this to be an illegal conversion of a single-family residence into a two-family dwelling. This violation must be corrected immediately. Based upon the survey you have provided, your property consists of three platted lots within the Donner’s subdivision. The property is within the Commercial General (CG) zoning dis trict, and a single residence is allowed for occupancy by you or an employee of your lawn care business; however, a two-family dwelling in not permitted within the CG District.
