Per your conversation w/ the president of my company, John
Giese, I am making sure that we have this correct. We are allowed to
demolish the existing duplex, and then construct a new duplex, two
attached town-homes, or single-family larger than the footprint of the
existing duplex. As long as we meet the current restrictions of the RS-2
zoning, ie: impervious surface, setbacks, height...etc. Thank you very
