I write in reply to your inquiry regarding the above referenced properties. These two parcels are zoned
RG-2, which is a multi-family designation, and the Comprehensive Plan future land use designation is
RM, Residential Medium Density. While the RG-2 zoning allows multi-family use, it is the
Comprehensive Plan density designation that determine the number of allowable units that may be constructed
on a given development parcel(s). The Medium Density category allow a maximum of 14 dwelling units per acre
of land; in other words, approximately 3100 square feet of Lot Area is required for each dwelling unit.
The information you have provided indicates that these two parcels consist of roughly 11,000 square feet. As
