239 Beach Avenue DEP 08.02.2016 August 2, 2016 Re: 239 Beach Avenue DEP Letter Ms. Jan Healy, The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for the addition of a ground level outdoor kitchen/fireplace on the southeast corner of the single family home at 239 Beach Avenue. Drawings provided by the architect show that the outside wall of the new structure will be at least 5 feet from the southern property line. Based on this, the proposed construction does not contravene any local setbacks or zoning codes. This letter does not constitute an approval by the City. The project must still be submitted to the City in a permit application and be approved by all applicable departments prior to approval.
