plans dated May 14, 2009 and proposed at the above referenced property is consistent with the
City’s Building, Zoning and Land Development Regulations.
This property is zoned RS-2 (Residential, Single-family) and is located within a RL (Residential,
Low Density) future land use designation as established by the adopted Comprehensive Plan for
the City of Atlantic Beach. As such, the existing use is consistent with these designations.
