This letter serves to confirm that the above referenced property is zoned RS-2 (Residential,
Single-family) and is located within a RL (Residential, Low Density) future land use designation
as established by the adopted Comprehensive Plan for the City of Atlantic Beach.
The attached revised site plan now complies with the City’s Land Development Regulations and
subject to the customary final permitting requirements, the present use of this property and the
proposed new spa, pergola and summer kitchen are consistent with the City’s Zoning and Land
Development Regulations, the Comprehensive Plan, and do not contravene local setbacks and
