Re: Review of application for Fence Permit (02-25123)
Dear Mr. Matthews:
I have reviewed your application for a fence permit to install a chain-link and wooden fence on
your property at Lot 29 within the Beachside subdivision. Based upon the survey you have
submitted, there is a private easement extending along a portion of the south side of your lot.
Prior to issuance of the Fence Permit, the City must verify that the proposed fence does not
interfere with any rights conveyed through that easement. Please provide a copy of your deed or
the easement document for this purpose. Also, please provide verification that the fence is not in
conflict with any deed restrictions or homeowner’s association covenants. You may contact me
