Dear Mr. Williams:
I have reviewed your preliminary plans for the Greider residence at 1963 Beach Avenue.
The proposed residence appears to be consistent with applicable Land Development
Regulations related to height and setbacks. I would advise that your permit set will need
to provide additional information to demonstrate that the Height of Building is based
upon the Calculated Average Grade of the site, consistent with the enclosed definition
from the City’s Land Development Regulations.
