permitted use at its current location at 153 Levy Road. You may use this letter as
confirmation for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, verifying that the business is a
lawfully operating business in the Light Industrial and Warehousing Zoning District
within the City of Atlantic Beach.
Also, please be aware that this status applies to you and your business operations only.
In the event that at a similar business or a different operator were to occupy this property,
approval of a Use-by-Exception, in accordance with Section 24-63 of the City’s Land
Development Regulations, would be required to operated such a business within the Light
