RE: Zoning and permitted uses for 1475 Main Street
COMMENTS: The zoning designation for the subject parcel is Commercial
General (CG). The proposed fence assembly and light welding uses are not
Permitted Uses within the CG Zoning District. These uses also are not permitted
as possible Use-by-Exceptions in the CG Districts. Such uses are considered as
industrial and manufacturing uses, and within the City of Atlantic Beach, these
are allowed only within the Industrial, Light Warehousing (ILW) Zoning
Districts.
