Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rosarius:
Please be advised that your application for a Subdivision Waiver was approved by City
Commission at their meeting last evening. Your request to reconfigure your three lots
into two lots as proposed within the attached documents is permitted. You will need to
have the property re -surveyed to depict the two new lots and also to provide a legal
description for the two lots. Once this is done, please bring these to City Hall for my
review and approval. The approved survey will need to be recorded along with any
future deed(s) changing title to the property. Please fell free to call me with any
