310 Mealy Drive (Dawson Land Dev Co.) 04.14.2010 UBEX approval April 14, 2010 John Poston Dawson Land Development 310 Mealy Drive Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 Re: Approval of Use-by-Exception Dear Mr. Poston: This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, at their April 12, 2010 approved your request for a Use-by-Exception in the Light Industrial and Warehousing (LIW) Zoning District for Heavy Automotive Repair and storage of vehicles in association with vehicle towing services within the Mayport Industrial Park at 310 Mealy Street, subject to the following conditions.  Individual vehicles towed to this site shall not be kept on the site for a period longer than thirty (30) days.  There shall be no more than thirty (30) towed vehicles stored on this site at any single time.  No discarded vehicles, auto parts, tires, trailers, tanks or any salvaged materials or vehicles shall be stored on this site in association with the business activities describe in this request.  The existing tree buffer along the east side of the Applicant’s property shall be maintained and re-established as needed to obscure visibility of the property from Park Street residential uses. At such time when you apply to the City for your Business Tax Receipt license, please submit a copy of this letter along with your application. (I have enclosed an extra copy for this purpose.)
