Dear Mrs. Jackson:
Per our conversation earlier today, I am enclosing the meeting minutes of the Atlantic Beach City
Commission dated March 14, 1994, which established your childcare operation as a legal non-
conforming use of the residential property located at 458 Sargo Road. This finding limits the number
of children to be cared for to a maximum of ten, and also requires that the business be in continuous
operation, without a break of six months or more in order to retain this “grandfathered” status.
