1385 Seminole Road (Barbara Tilka) 3Attached letter will go out in the mail today. I may need to adjust this, however. Did you buy only one lot of Jim Gordon's lots (half of the divided property, or the entire property? ________________________________ From: Barbara Tilka [mailto:btilka@thetilkas.clearwire.net] Sent: Monday, June 05, 2006 12:55 PM To: Doerr, Sonya Subject: Fw: 1385 Seminole Rd Property I'm resending, not sure if you got this message. My real estate agent had mentioned that it would help if we were showing on the letter. Another question - any reason the tax rolls show smaller acreage and less total sq footage than the survey? I will respond by e-mail so that you have my reply in writing. The division of this property, as approved on 04-15-05 for Mr. Jim Gordon remains valid, and the two parcels are considered as legally created Lots. The terms and conditions of that approval, as stated within the attached letter, remain in effect. The change in zoning designation of these lots to the new RS-L District does not alter this approval in that the 10,000 square foot requirement will apply to only new lots sought to be created after this change in zoning designation. Also, if you have purchased one of these parcels from Mr.Gordon, please confirm that the survey depicting the approved division was recorded per the underlined provision below. (4) Approval by the designated Administrative Official of a Certified Survey depicting the proposed new lots verifying compliance with the above requirements. Such Certified Survey shall be submitted to the City and approved prior to recording of a deed for transfer of ownership of Lands, and shall be recorded as an addendum to the deed. It shall be the responsibility of the property owner(s) to provide evidence of the approved Certified Survey along with any application for Building Permits. I look forward to discussing this with you at your earliest convenience.
