2337 Seminole Road lot subdivisionSonya - I have attached a draft of a lot subdivision prepared by Michael Dunlap, my architect. While it is not shown on this drawing, the driveway (which is 35 feet wide by approx. 135 feet deep), will be shown on the final survey as a "common driveway easement." Prior to submitting the drawing to my surveyor (who will prepare the official survey for presentation to the City of Atlantic Beach with the 2 legal descriptions), I wanted to make sure the lot appears to be appropriate to subdivide into two lots as shown on this drawing.
