have any role in their permitting process other than to verify that any proposed construction meets our zoning and building regulations and Comprehensive Plan. You will need to make

Sonya - I am filing a formal complaint with my State Senator and Congressman regarding my dealings and my pool company's dealing with Valerie Jones at the FDEP. I will not go in to
detail regarding all of her misrepresentations. I do however need to know from you the homes and pools that have been permitted in Atlantic Beach seaward of the CCCL. You mentioned
in your last email that it has been some time since Atlantic Beach permitted a pool seaward of the CCCL. I find this statement surprising as I know specifically of one I asked you
about a few months ago around 4th or 5th St. oceanfront AB. I need to know from you all of the DEP/Atlantic Beach permits for ANY building/structures seaward of the CCCL in the past
five years. This is a formal public record request and I am glad to pay for the time and expense to obtain this information.
