Re: Review of proposed site plan for Sarah Bohr property at 2337 Seminole Road
Dear Michael:
I have reviewed the attached preliminary site plan for the redevelopment of Sarah Bohr’s property at
2337 Seminole Road. The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the site plan as proposed does
comply with current Land Development Regulations with respect to the location of proposed
additions and other features to the extent as reflected within the preliminary elevations.
To confirm, Ms. Bohr proposes to renovate/redevelop the property (consisting of Parcel A and Parcel
B) resulting in a total of four (4) dwelling units on the entirety of the property, which is the
maximum number of units permitted on the site consistent with the Residential, Low Density
designation of this location.
While I do not anticipate any changes to Land Development Regulations that would impact the
concept presented within the attached preliminary plans, development will be subject to applicable
regulations and building codes in effect at the time the project commences.
