of various retail, banking and restaurant establishments are consistent with the Central Business
District designation. To the City’s knowledge the property is in compliance with all applicable
zoning and Land Development Regulations, and there are no outstanding violations from the
City or any other public agency on this site. P resent status of the property is consistent with
previously issued permits and operating licenses. Parking and access management standards
have been updated since development of this site, and any new construction or redevelopment of
this property shall be subject to Land Development Regulations, building codes and other
regulations as may be applicable at such time.
