Dear Ms. Virzo:
As we have discussed several times, the Freestanding Sign, which has been installed along the
Atlantic Boulevard frontage of your business, must be removed. This sign has been erected without a
Building Permit; it exceeds the allowable height for such a sign, and it is located too close to the
property line. The applicable regulations are enclosed and highlighted.
These violations must be corrected immediately in order to avoid Code Enforcement action. You
