Boulevard
In response to your attached letter, the proposed surf and ocean sports shop is found to typical of
those uses permitted within the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District, and subject to the
limitations and business activities as described within your letter, is considered a Permi tted Use at
this location at 455 Atlantic Boulevard. Please bear in mind that all business related activities and
products must be contained within the enclosed building, and that the nature of the business cannot
extend to a level of intensity whereby it would be considered to a be a wholesale surfboard
