COMMENTS:
Mr. McLain, this letter serves to verify that a dance studio use is considered a Permitted Use
within the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District. While this use is not a specifically listed
use, it is a similar and typical use, which is consistent with the Intent statement of the CG
districts, as described in Section 24-111 (a) of the Land Development Regulations for the City
of Atlantic Beach. Please be aware that future use of the building shall be subject to all
applicable Florida Building Codes, and other regulations including provision of required
parking. (The requirement for this use is one space per 300 square feet of gross floor area, as
