Dear Mr. Brown:
The property you have inquired about is zoned Commercial Limited (CL), and approval of a Use -by-
Exception would be required to operate a restaurant within this zoning district. I have enclosed
relevant sections from the City of Atlantic Beach zoning regulations, and I have also enclosed an
application form for a Use-by-Exception should you decide to proceed.
In the event that a Use-by-Exception was approved, you would be required to obtain a Building Permit
