This letter serves to confirm that, at the August 25, 2003 meeting of the City
Commission, your r equest to allow a canvas and aluminum frame awning to extend above
the public sidewalk and above your restaurant's walk -up carryout window was approved.
You may proceed with any additional required permitting and completion of the awning.
