RE: Parcel information for 1650 Mayport Road (as recorded in OR Book 6246-1899)
COMMENTS: The subject property is located within a Commercial General (CG)
Zoning District. Auto Leasing Establishments are not a "by-right" Permitted Use in CG
district, but require approval of a Use -by-Exception. A Use-by-Exception was
approved for certain activities including the U-Haul business on January 24, 1994 for
property at 1650 Mayport Road. I have attached a copy of the letter from the City Clerk
related to that approval. The property for includ ed in this application was described as
PT GVOT Lot 3, as recorded in OR Book 6246 -1899. Since I do not have a copy of the
deed or current survey, I cannot verify the limits of property included in this approval.
Please be advised that this Use-by-Exception was granted to the owner only and does
not run with the title to that property.
