Dear Mr. Ennis:
Please be advised that fuel sales at the above referenced location is a permitted use only
in conjunction with and ancillary to a convenience food store, and approval of a Use-by-
Exception is required. In no case are more than six fueling positions permitted. You
have not indicated in your letter whether you propose adding fuel sales in conjunction
with the existing convenience store or a replacement of that use.
The subject property is located within the Commercial Limited (CL) Zoning District.
I have enclosed a copy of the CL regulations. Also, the Commercial Corridor
Development standards (enclosed) apply to any new development on this site.
