Dear Mr. Cannon:
As I discussed with you when you first opened, approval of a Use-by-Exception will be required in
order for your business to be permanently located at the 1447 Mayport Road location. The Zoning
ordinance allows temporary produce markets up to 90 days, after which time a Use-by-Exception
must be in place to continue your business at this location. That application needs to be submitted
in order to be considered by the Community Development Board at their March 16th meeting .
Please submit the application no later than the end of the business day on Friday, March 5th. If the
application is not submitted by that time, business operations must cease by the end of March. I
have enclosed a copy of the application for you convenience.
