Dear Mr. Velez:
After reviewing the City of Atlantic Beach zoning regulations in consideration of the request you
forwarded to me in your attached letter, it is my opinion that the proposed use is not a Permitted Use
or a permitted Use-by-Exception within the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District. The type of
automotive wholesaling use you have proposed would be allowed only in the Light Industrial and
Warehousing (ILW) Districts within the City of Atlantic Beach. I have enclosed the regulations
related to each of these Zoning District categories.
