Re: Site Plan approval for proposed Walgreen's at 2407 Mayport Road
Dear Bill:
This letter serves to confirm that the City has approved the proposed Site Plan for the Walgreen's site
at 2407 Mayport Road. The Site Plan approval shall remain valid for a period of six (6) months from
today's date. In the case that Building Permits have not been issued and construction has not
commenced within this time period, resubmittal and review will be required. This approval is limited
to the Site Plan only, and all engineering and construction plans must comply with applicable codes
and standards prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
