383 Plaza Zoning Review Comments
1. Side Wall Length: Old Atlantic Beach Design Standards (24‐172(c)(1)) limit second floor, exterior side
walls to less than 35 feet without an architectural design feature. I encourage you to review this
section of code to find a solution.
2. Wall Plate Height: Old Atlantic Beach Design Standards (24‐172(c)(2)) limit wall plate height to 22
feet measured from first floor finished floor to the top of the second floor wall. Please verify that this
is being met.
3. Overall Height: Please verify that the overall height to the peak of the roof is less than 35 feet.
4. Tree Removal: Please provide a Tree Removal Permit or an affidavit that no regulated trees will be
removed during construction. Both forms are available on the City’s website and at the Building
Permits desk.
