The property is located within a Residential, High Density (RH) future land use category as designated by the adopted Comprehensive Plan for the City of Atlantic Beach. The High Density category permits multi-family residential uses at a maximum density of twenty (20) dwelling units per acre. The City has not recently inspected this property, however, no current violations are known.
