This letter serves to confirm that the above referenced property is zoned Commercial General
(CG) and is located within a CM (Commercial) future land use designation as established by the
adopted Comprehensive Plan for the City of Atlantic Beach. Subject to all other applicable
permitting requirements, the proposed new meeting room area, as shown on the attached site
plan is consistent with the City’s Zoning and Land Development Regulations, the
Comprehensive Plan, and do not contravene local setbacks and zoning codes.
