Dear Mr. Hill:
Your application for a permit to construct a private parking area along the front of your
property within the right-of-way of North Sherry Drive cannot be approved. North Sherry
Drive is a dedicated public right-of-way, and the City’s Land Development Regulations
require right-of-ways to be reserved for public use. Additionally, parking spaces for
residential uses are required to be located on the same property with the Principal Building.
Based upon your survey, required off-street parking is provided within your lot.
