Re: Lots 67, 68 and 69 within Section 3 of the Saltair subdivision located at Sherry Drive
and Seminole Road
Dear Mr. Cail:
The three referenced lots are recognized as platted lots of record with a zoning designation of
Residential, Single-family (RS-2). These lots may be reconfigured and combined into two lots,
as you have generally proposed, in accordance with Section 24-189 (enclosed herewith) of the
City’s Land Development Regulations, which provides exemption to the requirement for
recording of a re-plat. Once a certified survey for the reconfigured lots has been prepared, please
provide this to me for review and approval, as required by Section 24-189 (a) (4).
New construction or additional construction on the two resulting reconfigured lots would still be
required to meet applicable setbacks and other permitting requirements, and the lots must not be
reconfigured so as to create any existing nonconforming structures. Please feel free to call me at
