Re: Proposed Garage Structure at 825 Sherry Drive
Dear Mr. Byrnes:
The Building and Zoning Departments have reviewed your plans for a detached garage, which
were prepared subsequent to direction from former Community Development Director, George
Worley. Construction of the proposed structure may proceed subject to issuance of Building
Permits and commencement of construction within sixty (60) days of this date.
Also, please bear in mind that, consistent with Mr. Worley’s interpretation, the total enclosed
Floor Area of the structure is limited to 600 square feet. For your convenience, I have enclosed a
Building Permit application form. Please provide all applicable information with your submittal
of construction plans, and feel free to call me at 247-5817 with any questions.
