1042 Beach Avenue Zoning Review Comments
1. Tree Removal Permit: If any trees have been recently removed or will be removed, even if the
removal is not needed for the construction of the pool, a Tree Removal Permit is required. If no trees
have been or will be removed then an Affidavit of No Regulated Tree Removal is required. Both
forms are available at City Hall or on the city website under Planning and Zoning Forms.
2. Deck: Your permit application has a deck listed as part of the work to be performed, but the plans
say that the deck is to be done by others. Please clarify who is doing the work. If the deck is to be
done by others, please contact Jenny or Shirley at (904)247‐5826 to have it removed from the
description of work. If the deck is to be done by you, then I will need the height of the deck and any
rails or other attachments as well as setbacks.
