2213 Alicia Lane DEP 07.09.2020 July 9, 2020 Re: 2213 Alicia Lane FDEP Letter Mr. Paul Zebouni, The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of the hardscape and landscape plans for 2213 Alicia Lane. Specifically, the submitted plans show the replacement of existing pavers, the installation of new “shellrock” pavers seaward of the CCCL, a new retaining wall under 4 feet tall, a new fire pit, and the installation of new landscaping. The submitted plans do not contravene any local setbacks and the proposed retaining wall complies with the maximum 4 foot height requirement. This letter does not constitute an approval by the City of Atlantic Beach. The project must still be submitted to the City in a permit application and be reviewed by all applicable departments prior to approval and issuance of a permit. Please feel free to contact me at (904) 247-5822 or bbroedell@coab.us if you have any questions.
