As we discussed, these 24 beds come are part of the approved total and
are not additional beds at Fleet Landing. I look forward to getting a

The purpose and intent of this correspondence is to assist Fleet
Landing with their application to update their license from ACHA for
assisted living beds. The updated license will be for 150 beds that
include both the existing beds and the new beds being constructed. The
ACHA application requires zoning verification and as the zoning
jurisdiction is split between the City of Atlantic Beach and City of
Jacksonville two zoning verification letters will be needed with the
following breakdown in beds:
City of Atlantic Beach: 24 Beds
City of Jacksonville: 126 Beds
Breakdown calculated as follows with appropriate PUD zoning identified,
see attached exhibit.
* City of Atlantic Beach, PUD 90-88-135: 24 Beds
* City of Jacksonville, PUD 1987-362-1221: Existing 76 Beds
* City of Jacksonville, PUD 2017-0312-E: New 50 Beds

hence this correspondence.
