I would like to know if I can sub divide my lot at 1675 Selva Marina Dr.
I'm also curious also about 578 Beach Ave. It is currently for sale. The
lot at 578 Beach fronts both Beach and Ocean,so I'm wondering if it is
platted as two lots or could it be platted as two. My mother may be moving
in with us so I'm going to need to build another unit.
