jurisdiction to survey, d etermine or modify an established Mean High Water Line. The
requirements related to the mean high -water line are set forth in Florida Statutes, Chapter 177,
the Part II, Coastal Mapping (ss. 177.25 -177.40), and the Department of Environmental
Protection i s the State agency having sole administrative authority over these regulations.
