In reviewing the Variance application, which was submitted by Dr. and Mrs. Morello, I have
determined that a Variance is not required for the construction as proposed. The proposed addition
to the Morello’s existing residence is within the administrative waiver the City’s Land Development
Regulations authorize me to approve.
