Re: Setbacks for Unit 1, Selva Lakes PUD
Dear Mr. Lackie and Ms. Richie
After researching files for the Selva Lakes PUD, I have found that the side setbacks for this
development are as follows:
Side yard setback – eight (8) feet
Front yard setback – twenty (20) feet
Rear yard setback – twenty (20) feet
The addition you have proposed would be allowed provided these setbacks are maintained. You
should also be aware that the City of Atlantic Beach Florida land development regulations limit
impervious surface area to fifty percent (50%). If the amount of impervious area which now exists
exceeds this amount, additional impervious area could not be added. Please feel free to call me at
