This project is located within an area designated under a Community Development Block Grant housing rehabilitation program. It is within the City of Atlantic Beach municipal limits and is located within one of the City’s oldest established residential areas. This project is a new construction project that will provide new units to replace substandard housing units. It is a perfect example of urban infill, and the City strongly supports such redevelopment efforts. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (904) 247-5826.
