Dear Mr. Kooba:
I have reviewed the preliminary site plan and drawings you have submitted in preparation to construct
an addition to the rear of your residence. The minimum yard requirements for the Sevilla Gardens
subdivision were established within the developmentās recorded Covenants and Restrictions, a copy of
which are attached. Based upon the site plan you have provided, the proposed addition complies with
the minimum ten (10) foot required rear yard, and the minimum required side yard of one (1) foot.
Please be aware that a minimum ten (10) foot separation is required between buildings on adjacent lots.
If you proceed with construction plans, please show the locations of any buildings on Lot 7 to the extent
necessary to verify that this ten-foot separation is maintained.
