The minimum yard requirements for the Sevilla Gardens subdivision were established within the developmentā€™s recorded Covenants and Restrictions, a copy of which are attached. Based upon the site plan you have provided, the proposed addition complies with the minimum ten (10) foot required rear yard, and the minimum required side yard of one (1) foot. Please be aware that a minimum ten (10) foot separation is required between buildings on adjacent lots.
