SECTION 3. Tovai Marshall.- The Town Marshall shW have direct control of the Police Force of the town and shall be re- sponsible for the policing of the town aria for t - he maintenance of peace and good order. SECTION 4. Deputies and Special Police*- The Town Coun- cil shall determine the advisability of employing deputies, as- sistants or special police and shal.1-provide for their compensa- tion, The Mayor, subject to the approval of the Tom Zounbll,. shall appoint any deputies,, assistants or.specialpolice not oth- erwise provided for by ordinance, whenever their employment .is necesoaty and bdvisable.= SECTION 5. Uniform.- The Mayor may prescribe the uni- form worn by the Town Marshall and Deputies. SECTION 11.
