SECTION 14. Gamblers.—Persons loiterin- about or remaining in
the town who shall be known or notoriously reputed. to be., gamblers,.
blackleg s or persons of disre,)utable or suspicious character, or
kn.)wn to be connected with or deriving their sxpport or livelihood.

SECTION 15. Assemblies.- Persons standing congregating or
assembling; upon the sidewalks or street corners of I or 2n around or
about parks or other public places or buildings to then annoyance ;of -
or hindrance to the passers by shall be liable to arrest, and it
shall be the duty of the town marshal or any officer of the police
force under his direction to order all persons violating this section
to move away or disperse and in'ease of neglect or refuxal to obey
such order to arrest or cause to bL-i arrested the person or persons
so refusing or neglecting to obey, and take him or them before the
mayor's court for tri _l as a disorderly person or persons.
SECTION 16. Resi!L5ing Arrest.- Any per: -on or persons convicted
