Drovisions of thds Chaptel shalltupon conviction in
the Ilayol-s Court,be punished by a fine not @xceeding
x.500*00 or by impiisonment.not exceeding ninety Ax3m
(90) days o� by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section B. Othex Taxes in Force.
This ordinance shall not affect the license tax on
any business profession or occupation not mentioned
herein,but the license tw,thereon ahall zemain
as now or hezeaftex fixed by ordinance..
Section 6. Hacks and Automobiles.
All pexsoiis opexating hachs,automobiles or caixiages
caxrving passengers fox ,pay shall pay a license tax
of 4�10.00 each; Pxovided:1,hat any person holding a
livexy stable - license shall', not be liable far this
tax.
