'TAN ORDINANCE Creating and Providing for the Continued Maintenance
of Safety Bathing and Recreation Zones Along and Upon the Ocean
Front in the Corporate Limits of the Town or Atlantic Beach,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
- - TOWN -OF-'ATLANTIC -BEACH, - FL0RIDA : -
-Section 1. That- Section l-,, `of - Ordina-rice- No. ,
entitled: "AN ORDINANCE Creating and Providing for the Continued
Maintenance of Safety Bathing and Recreation Zones Along and Upon
the Ocean Front in the Corporate Limits of the Town of Atlantic. -
Beach, Florida", be,, and the same is, hereby amended by striking
and eliminating from the seventh and eighth lines in said Section
1,
thereof, the language "... from 9 o'clock A.M.. , to 4 0' c tock
P.M., each.seeeral_ day oi_,the_week _except S daysTand_Holidays,
and by substituting therefor the language ... from 2 o'clock
P.M., to 7 O'clock P.M., eaVi several day of the week except
Sundays and Holidays ".
