Received notice of transference of permit for 1977 Beach Ave (RES18-0415) from Boutwell Design to Bosco.
We will need a new permit application with your signature notarized as well as Boco’s along with a new Notice of Commencement.
A revision and re-inspection fee is owed of $105.00, that along with a transfer fee of $59.00 will be due of time of transference of permit.
We will also need to be notified if you will be continuing with the subcontractors listed below.
